The staff was friendly, helpful and provided individual /one on one attention. In house keeping I commend Renese, Ria and Rebecca. IN the restaurant Ian and Melissa were exceptional. There were also others at reception whose names I cannot remember but they were all exceptional and tremendously helpful. GREAT JOB.

Your front desk staff, Jolessa was our first main contact at the hotel. She went over and above to make our stay comfortable. We rented three rooms in total and everyone in all the room really got a positive and pleasant response from her at all time. Please thank her for us. Christina who helped with room services was the same, Please thank her for us. All other staff were very nice, much thanks to your amazing staff. We will stay here again

The breakfast on Saturday 17th June was decent. The melogene choka, potatatos and poppy seed muffin were great! The pancake and waffle needed a bit more sugar. Their taste was bland.

The facilities, cleanliness, and friendly staff were the highlights. Also, the closeness to Movie Town was very convenient. I felt very safe and heard during my long stay. Wifi was excellent, I could work there without any problem.

Breakfast was excellent, they have different menus everyday. Staff were very friendly & polite. Every staff I had met at the hotel were very nice . Hotel location is perfect. There are a lot of small shops & restaurants at a walking distance & even a movie theatre.

The environment is safe, very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The food top-notch and even the cakes best I ever had. The staff very friendly. The accommodations were immaculate. I recommend courtyard to everyone you feel like you're in paradise.

Absolutely exceptional service!! From checkin, to breakfast, to housekeeping, to checkout. The establishment made me feel at home and very welcoming. Walking distance to Movietowne and there's also a PCR testing drive thru located next to the hotel. Parking is free and there's a security guard on watch. I've read in the reviews that you can hear people in their rooms, but I didn't hear anybody 🤷🏿♀️ The ambiance was phenomenal. I will be returning 🤗
